Account Registration & Privacy Policy

In registering and opening an account with PERFECT4PETS.COM, you agree that the information you give us is your own personal information and that these details are accurate and correct at the time of registration.  You also agree that you will keep your account details up to date, especially your current delivery address information and telephone &/ e-mail contact details.  When you register an account with PERFECT4PETS.COM, you agree to allow PERFECT4PETS.COM to hold your details in its database.  This information will be treated as Personal Information in accordance with the UK Data Protection Act.  However, you accept that submission of any information is at your own risk, and although steps are taken to ensure the security of your personal data, PERFECT4PETS.COM will not bear any responsibility for any loss or unauthorized access to your personal details.PERFECT4PETS.COM will not sell or disclose any customer details to third parties and will only collect and use customer information for the sole purpose to fulfil an order.

Password/account security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account details along with any activities that occur within the account created after you have registered with PERFECT4PETS.COM.  PERFECT4PETS.COM shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.

Ordering Online

Ordering products and pet medicines from PERFECT4PETS.COM could not be any easier. Browse the site to select those products you wish to purchase.  On completion of your order, you are asked to check the billing and delivery details and complete the prescription requirement (should this be required – see the Prescription Requirements) in order to satisfy your order.We accept all major credit cards (with the exclusion of American Express) or you can pay the full amount via a Third Party Online Payment Service Provider.   You accept that those items requiring a completed veterinarian’s Prescription will be charged to you and will need payment although they will not be dispatch until such time as we have received a valid prescription for each of the Prescription Only Products in the order.

Secure Payment

When purchasing products from PERFECT4PETS.COM, you agree that the credit/debit card you use to pay for said purchases is your own, and that PERFECT4PETS.COM is not responsible in any way for the Online Payment System.  You also accept that PERFECT4PETS.COM retains no information regarding your credit/debit/bank account details and that any information provided is processed in a secure manner by the third party online payment provider.

Back Orders

 If an item you have ordered is not in stock, it wil be placed on a “back order” system.  On our receipt of the item, we will dispatch it to you without delay.  Back order items are expected to be delivered within 7-10 days of the date of the order.  If this cannot be achieved, we will contact you giving you the option to cancel such an order.

Ordering errors

 You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click ‘submit’ on the final page of the ordering process.

Deliveries

Products purchased from PERFECT4PETS.COM will be delivered within 3-5 working days, Monday to Friday, between the hours 8am to 6pm.  A signature indicating receipt of the order will be required for all orders that contain prescription products as well as those delivered by courier services. 

Any damaged goods and receipt of incorrect product or drug must be brought to the attention of PERFECT4PETS.COM within 24 hours of you receiving the order.  PERFECT4PETS.COM will then attempt to rectify the problem as quickly and best practically possible.

Delivery charges will vary in accordance with the total weight of your order but you will be notified of this charge when placing the order.

This outlines how Perfect4pets.com Deliveries & Charges work.

• When you order an item from the Perfect4Pets.com website your order will be dispatched by Royal Mail Post for most items that weight less than 1Kg.
• Prescription items are dispatched via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery.
• Non-prescription products and heavy food goods will be subject to delivery charges according to the table below.
• Delivery charges are based on the combined weight of the items in your cart.
• All items will be packaged in a safe and secure manner to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
• We endeavour to dispatch items as soon as possible after receipt of your order (and prescription if required).  This will normally be 3-5 working days.
• Orders will be dispatched on normal working days (Monday to Friday).
• If your order includes prescription items, the completed order will only be dispatched after we have received a valid prescription for the relevant products.
• Non-UK orders are subject to a surcharge.

IMPORTANT: If your order contains any prescription products, we will dispatch the order to the address that appears on the valid prescription, regardless of the address you specify during payment.  

Damaged Goods

Should the packaging or goods contained therein arrive damaged, please contact us without delay (at the latest within 24 hours of receipt) to report this problem.  You must report any damaged packages to the carrier at the time of receipt and do not accept the goods in the event that the package has been opened or severely damaged. If PERFECT4PETS.COM is not notified of damaged or lost goods within the specified 24 hour period, PERFECT4PETS.COM will not accept responsibility for any damages.  In certain circumstances, PERFECT4PETS.COM may issue you with a free replacement of the items in your order, in the unlikely event that the original order was lost in the post, but this decision is entirely at the behest of PERFECT4PETS.COM’s and will only be considered after a thorough investigation of your failed delivery.

Cancellation right

A contract of sale exists between PERFECT4PETS.COM and the customer from the moment that the goods are prepared for dispatch.  Cancellation of the order prior to this will be possible without any cost to the customer.  However, you should be aware that once we begin the delivery process (packing the goods), you will not be able to cancel any contract you have with regard to services carried out by us, for example postage/courier charges and packing fees.

Refunds and Returns

PERFECT4PETS.COM wishes you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases and use of the website, so if you are not happy with your purchases, please sent it back in accordance with the following:

·         Non Prescription Products

Regarding non-prescription products you have the right to cancel the order within 7 days of receipt of the order on condition that the following procedure is accepted and followed:

1. Please send an email to returns@perfect4pets.com indicating your wish to cancel the order.
2. Return the items not required to the address stated on the invoice that you received with the delivery.  Please ensure that your name and contact details are clearly provided with the returned goods.
3. In order to receive a full refund, the returned items must be unopened and in its original condition.
4. The cost of returning the order (or part thereof) will be paid by you.  We recommend that you use a recorded / courier service to make any returns.  PERFECT4PETS.COM will compensate you for all delivery charges involved only if the error in the said order was made by us.
5. We will contact you with details of your refund for the items returned, once we have received and processed the returned item(s).
6. PERFECT4PETS.COM can only process and refund items purchased from the PERFECT4PETS.COM website.

 ·         Prescription Products

Due to legal stipulations we cannot accept returned prescription medicines or foods nor offer a refund on these prescription purchases.

 Complaints

If you have any cause to complain, please contact us urgently.  The sooner we are made aware of a problem, the sooner we can attempt to rectify the matter, hope to your satisfaction.  We will acknowledge receipt of any complaint within 2 working days and we will strive to resolve the matter within 5 working days of receipt of said complaint.Please direct any complaint to customers@perfect4pets.com
